What is unique about Dr. Gorski’s and his coaching progress?
He is here to partner with you on this journey. He has been in your shoes and understands what it’s like when you’re sick. His approach is to not dictate, but rather be an advocate for you as a part of your health team. The number one focus is getting YOU well while achieving your goals. Dr. Gorski is always constantly learning and growing himself he remains open to anything that is going to help get you results.
It is also important to you understand and learn the “why” behind any recommendations and protocols. The protocols you learn during the coaching process will serve you long-term. He is constantly learning and staying on the cutting edge of what’s working in functional medicine.
What types of things are used with your protocols?
Food, nutritional supplements, herbal and detox formulas, fasting strategies at home protocols and more. Everything that’s natural and non-pharmaceutical/non-drug based.
What is your philosophy on lab tests?
The good news is many people already have enough information and proper tests to get started. Many functional medicine doctors run numerous labs and many times just give huge amounts of supplements while the underlying cause isn’t being addressed. We only recommend testing if it will dictate different treatment protocols. Each client we work with is “unique” and we do not have a standard lab panel or requirement.
What is our philosophy on supplements?
Quality over quantity and less is more! One of Dr. Gorski’s philosophies is supplements should be used to support healing but can’t correct an improper lifestyle and environment.
