Best Hamburger Seasoning
1.5 lb. ground beef (Grass Fed)
1/8 cup Coconut Aminos or Braggs Liquid Aminos
2 tsp. no salt garlic seasoning (Costco brand is a great one and it’s organic)
1 tsp. Himalayan salt
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
2 Tbs. (approximately) avocado oil for frying
(purchase organic seasonings whenever possible)
Place above ingredients in a large bowl and mix well, form gently (do not “pack”) mixture into 6 patties until they hold together. Either grill or fry on the stovetop in grapeseed oil. These taste great eaten plain or with a piece of grass-fed cheese melted on top.
